I am going away for one year but there is a small chance I come back sooner and in that case you will have to sleep in the living room and will get my bedroom back. Rent will then be decreased to 500 euro and utility costs will be halved in that scenario. I usually go to bed from 9 pm till 6 am. So I won't use the livingroom then....
